1. General provisions
This Policy defines the procedure for processing (collecting, storing, using, transferring and protecting) the personal data of website users and subscribers to telecommunications services. Use of the website and connection to services signify the data subject’s agreement to the terms of this Policy.

The Operator is a telecommunications company operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and valid licences. The Operator ensures lawful processing and appropriate protection of personal data.
